Adam J. Dugan, Esq.
Founding Attorney
Adam has resided in Jacksonville since 2001, but hails from Maui, Hawaii. Prior to law, Adam specialized in small business management and originally attended law school to supplement his business expertise. However, while pursuing his law degree, Adam became enthralled with the law. Consequently, in early 2015, Adam leveraged his business acumen and newly minted law degree to establish the Law Office of Adam J. Dugan, P.A., the predecessor to WaveCrest Legal. By 2022, it became evident the practice had outgrown its humble roots and needed to rebrand. Thus, the Law Office of Adam J. Dugan, P.A. officially became WaveCrest Legal in 2023. Despite the new name and continued growth, Adam and WaveCrest Legal remain committed to “personalizing the practice of law” and client-focused representation.
Apart from law, Adam tremendously enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their two wonderful children. Adam has an insatiable appetite for all things outdoors, including hiking, kayaking, fishing, surfing, snowboarding, free-diving, and scuba-diving.

Tiera L. Henry, Esq.
Attorney
Tiera Henry practices in the area of estate administration matters, including probate, guardianship, and trust litigation. Tiera has nearly a decade of experience advising personal representatives, trustees, and guardians successfully administer estates. Tiera currently resides in St. Augustine with her husband and three children. When not working on a client matter, Tiera and her family enjoy exploring Florida’s parks and beaches.

Michael T. Scheuble, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Mike is an estate planning attorney with a passion for helping families secure their futures. Growing up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, he has always cherished the coastal lifestyle. Before embarking on his legal career, Mike honed his entrepreneurial skills as the owner of a vacation rental company and through managing rental properties.
Mike is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Maria, and a proud father to their daughter, Amelia. Family is at the center of his life, and he finds solace and community in his faith as a dedicated member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mike is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing, finding peace and connection with nature. He also dedicates time to practicing jiu jitsu, a passion that keeps him both physically and mentally sharp.

Maria J. Scheuble, Esq.
Attorney
Maria is an attorney who brings a deep understanding of family dynamics and values to her practice. Hailing from the historic city of St. Augustine, Maria grew up among eight siblings, which instilled in her the importance of family bonds from a young age.
As a dedicated parishioner at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Maria finds strength and community in her faith, which she seamlessly integrates into her professional and personal life. Alongside her roles as a wife to Michael and mother to their daughter, Amelia, Maria values quality time with her family, whether it involves pursuing her passion for hunting and fishing or simply cherishing moments together.
